I really need help with my albo wet stick. I've got 10 in a grow tent on a bed of moss and perlite. Some are rotting and some look shrivelled like they might be dehydrated. There's also lights and a heat mat. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I removed the lid from the propagation container. I'm really lost. I don't know when to remove the lid give it air and open the tent. I'd really appreciate any tips, thanks.

Can you offer some advice? Also, the large node was not shown to grow but didn't degrade, did you eventually get it to root? Question: the growth points are facing upward here, what if the node is without a growth point? How can I know which way to face the node? Thanks
