It definitely falls under the HP Lovecraft mythos but deals something else other than Cthullu which is refreshing lol.

What makes the save room music so good in this game is the fact that it is calming, but at the same time it reminds you that you are only safe for a little moment, and there are unknown horrors lurking outside...

I remember buying the original for PSX when it had just been released. My friend and I were both 14 years old and we started playing it at my place late at night. We had to take a break after 20 minutes because we were both overwhelmed by the horror of the game. The fixed camera angles make this game very terrifying - it is not what you see, it is what you DON'T see that makes this game so atmospheric and creepy.

Dropped a like thxz for the shout out. it was something I heard awhile back that Billy didn't part ways with Rebecca at the end of RE0. Two theories are that he did part ways with Rebecca & he passed through raccoon city 2 months before the outbreak then ended up somewhere in Louisiana during RE7 but much is not known what could have happened to him when he went to raccoon city that's if he did make it out or not but if he did, he ended up in Louisiana which would take place in RE7. & the other theory is he followed Rebecca too the mansion without her knowing & ended up getting injured & infected and capture by Albert Wesker. but there rumors so who knows. & another thing also is that Steve is not dead but that's RECVX albert has him.

Ah so that’s what they were called. I always called them crimson heads cause of the red skin and claws but I felt like that was always the wrong name since they didn’t look like the ones in RE1!

The ending really messed me up but I still really enjoyed it. I can’t believe I felt like a connection with the characters, especially with the game not even being very long.
