I remember this nostalgic music came on when Sophie broke down and cried during that tribal council in Survivor: South Pacific. It was part of the finale episode and I thought she was going to get voted out. She survived the vote and then won final immunity, beating Ozzy, the greatest challenge beast of all time. She then went on to beat Coach, thwarting the producers attempts at rigging the game for either Ozzy or Coach to win. Sophie’s win was special to me because I was so fed up with the overproduced direction that Survivor was heading after the first twenty seasons. Seeing a unique newcomer like Sophie beat the producers at their own game was a satisfying conclusion and I’ve watched little of the show since. I love the old school survivor it was the adventure of a lifetime. Those legendary early seasons will always be the best and this tribal council music transports me right back to those days.

Drama total adventure anyone?

None of the music on the show nowadays is nearly as memorable. Binging all the seasons last year, so much of the original music has just stuck with me since. So well composed

Love this song. I always like letting it play when I finish a season. Really encapsulates the great journey they all went on, it has such a grand feeling.

I'm not sure if Jerri tried to be a villain at first but everyone saw her that way even the producers. Nobody in Australia or All Stars really trusted her but then she finds this group who she fits in with perfectly.
