I used a volt meter and determined that there's always power between 2 of the 4 pins regardless of what positions I had the ACC switch on.

Why would this work for yrs then suddenly stop working even when the bike is sending a signal and the receiver is getting the signal but the door wont open?

It's worth noting that the subwoofer systems require two channels from the amplifier for each sub. Installing both primary and secondary subwoofer kits can only work with two or four speaker systems. Six speaker systems will only work with the primary subwoofer kit (6 speakers @ 1 channel each + 1 sub @ 2 channels = 8 total channels). This is straight from the installation instructions provided by HD for the subs.

I have a 2002 ultra classic. I have looked everywhere for the plug. under the seat under the gas tank. Didn't buy it new but where could the plug have went. Next I guess I will remove the gas tank for a better look.
