If you want to play with a stick, grab a broom and go sweep a warehouse. if you want to dance, have music in the background. Try moving naturally and at a realistic speed. But I commend the guys on this video. They have a lot of balls to appear in it.

To echo another Budo author’s thought - “When OSensei talked about harmonizing with the attacker, he was not talking about sitting down and having tea with him.” Atemi is a necessary skill in Aikido and should be as strong and hard as hitting uke with the planet (throwing uke).

after I had read the O'sensei words from his close students and the Art of Peace book I am sure that if you want to understand the O'sensei Ideas and thoughts and know how great he is first you need to take aikido seriously as Art of War then the Art Of peace will come to you naturally. the only window we have to that is the Traditional Aikido.
