Sir, in a question (who is the executive head of the state accrdng to 1973), this is a confusing question for the students by KPPSC, neither in constitution or other source according to my knowledge is present these words that executive head of the state is PM, the exective head of the state is president on the name of which the PM who is the Head of govt not the head of the state exercise his executive function, and he is the executive head of the government not the state,the executive head is president . This mcq was so much confusing because cheif executive was also mentioned in options, and constitution says that PM is the cheif executive, alot of opinions I saw today on FB wad president is correct option,as usual KPPSC confused Aspirants, BTW I also opted PM but not sure about that now after clarifying, thanks
