How is this a "wabi-sabi" home? Everything looks spanking new and in perfect condition, opposite in nature to wabi-sabi ("imperfect, impermanent, and incomplete" in nature). I really like the design and decor of this home, but I hope people would stop using the word wabi-sabi to describe their home when it looks no where close to it.

Very nice design. Really like the “walk in wardrobe” created by the portioning of the study room in particular. The size is indicated wrongly though. No way can it be 93sqm when it is a 3-room HDB.
