Great video BUT I wish you had labeled pools, bars & restaurants so we could know what we were looking at. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem with me. Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much, Steve S.

I absolutely love, love this hotel. I have my choice of all of the hotels in PVR and I always try to stay here. It has so much character, it is in the heart of the romantic zone, just across the street from the best pasteleria in the city and surrounded by great places to get coffee. It is quiet and has a certain ambience that is lost in the chain hotels and resorts. I would choose this hotel over any of the best. The staff are always so kind and friendly, it has a kitchen for the guests to use, it is clean and if you didnt know the hotel was there, it would be easily missed. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay in a true Mexican hotel.

Hola les pido de favor que no compren por Internet nada es la manera más fácil de que te estafen y no ves lo que compras hasta que no llegas alli y al final pagas por uno que si valía el precio que al final pagaste , como dice el dicho lo barato sale caro

Bad hotel. Video is a lie. Not safe bag was stolen in the hotel. Gross food and drinks. No wifi

Mauvais séjour ! Impossible de ce baigner algues de mer plus une odeur très puissante ! Dommage hôtel bien placé point faible le petit-déjeuner œuf un jour ça va mais tout les jours à revoir !
