By comparison to when this video was recorded the average player base was around 1,000to 1,300. This video was recorded around April 2024, based off the information given by The Host. At this time he is speaking in context because of the " global server merger" due to low player counts that had recently happened in which it artificially gave the game a boost for one month. The next month after it lost more people than it gained.

5 fuel per hour per refinery is abusurdly low. 10 oil produce 5 fuel. It is a joke. Imo it is not worth.

Good alternative but wildfire better. Bullseye as a whole is best build, surge is good but requires more natural skill to get kills.

I stack weapon dmg reduction 40% and top mod give me free 50% dmg reduction when out of combat but no status dmg reduction is that good

If you're doing pure bullseye, I suggest running enhanced munitions (weapon damage) for gloves instead of the WS. Too mucg WS has diminishing returns.
