afaik Silver Sonic was the small white one that had a visor, extendable arms and bounced around easily during Metal Sonic's battle in mania, and this was just Mk 1

supposing Mk 1, Mecha and Metal Sonic are at their very best, we got a Buzzsaw capable of drilling through most construction material and running at most at Mach 1, Metal Sonic who can run and fly at speeds comparable to Sonic's, and Metal Cooler if all his power was in a single body (guns, rockets, spindashing, physical attacks directly from Dragon Ball, and the ability to go even further beyond as examples). love Mark Hayness for essentially hardcoding Cooler's voice into Mecha Sonic, it's just so much Cooler (heh) than just what it had originally (pretty sure it would be forgotten without him too, maybe just it's design but I don't think anything else about it would have made it.)
