Yes, I'd like to see Bob Uecker witness the Brewers win a World Series. It's like I had wished that Al McCoy would have seen the Suns win an NBA Championship. Some things, an opposing fan, may make an exception for. Not a Mets fan but they won a World Series. Brewers never have. Brewers got to one World Series and lost. I like the Brewers especially, since, come Spring Training, they are the ONLY MLB team, to play in a poor area of town. They don't have a great field, etc, but they pack the field. A working-class person can go there and enjoy a game. The rest of the MLB teams, have better fields, etc. Heck the Cubs, I think, threatened to leave the area, because they wanted a new field. They play in a well-off area in the city. And they pack the field nearly every game. It's the Cubs, there is nearly a waiting list to see them. I know, I had a roommate from Chicago, who is a Cubs fan, and he got put on a list and was lucky enough to make the cut to go to the game.

If Mets can steal Gm1 or Gm2. Mets win 3-1. If they lose both games in Philly, I think they will lose 3-0. So IMO they need win game 1. It's a must-win game.

Adam...last week, the Titans, put up 31 points on the Fins? I got the Pats, going 36-12 over the Fins. I hate to say it but, the Miami media echoed what I said. The Fins is like having Coach Flores all over again, in regards, to ego. Flores refused to change and build up the offense. Flores thought he knew better, and he didn't. Only defense is what he knows. And even then, it wasn't so good. Ask the Bills. The Jets and Pats, put up a strong fight vs the Bills. The Fins under Flores...NO..not at all. Also, why Flores had a new OC and staff nearly every single year of his tenure. Which Coach McDaniel, he refuses to scale down the playbook that can fit other players skill sets. McDaniel system is like, for lack of a better word, a boost. It's all flash and glam. It makes the QB look a lot better/makes their job a lot easier. The only problem is, it requires, a QB who can read defenses quickly, has a fast release, and accurate short to medium pass. Chad Pennington would have KILLED IT with this type of offense. It's a smart thinking QBs offense. A Gunslinger's offense. Nearly like the old Run N Shoot. However, there is not in-between. You get a QB who is not skilled at this, or skills are average, they won't work out in this offense. So, for the Fins offense to roll, it, would nearly need, a QB 2, that is as good or close to as good, as the QB 1. If that makes sense. Of b ackup QBs around the league...maybe an Andy Dalton and Joe Flacco could run it, but their speed is not what it used to be. So, there is that. However, they might be, the best, to try to run the Fins offense. Good Luck this week!

Even if mets win tonight. Its going to be difficult to beat teams with the starting rotation they have. I'm not saying its impossible, but they dont have an Ace in their hand. This manager deserves a lot of credit he got this team this far.

The weather affected both teams dramatically. Too bad we didn't get to see a cleaner game from bith teams. Coaching is now very much in question for the jets.

"Garbage Denver Broncos team"... homie, that defense has been on fire all season, and their offense has been surprisingly efficient for having a rookie QB. They're not garbage. Both offenses struggled in the rain and both defenses made life tough for the QBs. Sometimes games (especially rain games) are nothing but defense, and Denver's is better than New York's. Really that simple.

That will be a must-see game...Darnold vs the Jets. Yeah, he will be playing with a chip on his shoulder. If anything, at least, the Jets, will know Flores defense, so they should be able to out scheme him there. I am not sold on Flores. He can get his defense to play hard against most bad teams. Still, he has yet faced a team who does not know him. The Jets, Bills and Pats do.

Adam nearly across the board, we are seeing undisciplined, unprepared, poorly execution season ever. And fans could not wait for this? it's why I kept saying, I can wait for the season to begin It's been total crap. Only Chiefs, Bills, and Vikings fans, have something to be happy about. The rest of the league, it's all moaning and groaning, and rightfully so.

Jets were totally unprepared. Too many penalties. Destroyed momentum. Rodgers had more rushing yards than Hall did. When Hall was ineffective why didn't the coaches put in Allen who was more effective? Ron Middleton for HC. McDonald wasn't good today. Yes, Smith really isn't looking good this season. Wednesday have to prepare for the Jets next opponent.

The Denver defense hung 7 sacks on Baker Mayfield last sunday, the Jets should have expected to face a crazy aggressive defense here. The O-Line had Aaron Rodgers running for his life and they even got him injured. Not good... not good at all... but you know the Jets, now they'll head over to London and hand Minnesota a bigtime loss. There's no figuring this team out week to week.

This game was gift wrapped for them. oh well.

You're not making predictions based on empirical data. Sorry, but what you are actually doing is guessing (and hoping). I understand it's been a long painful journey. It's OK to be optimistic, but know that optimism leads to pain and suffering. Being a Jets fan, I'm sure you already know this. FWIW, the Jets haven't dropped 27 points on any of their three opponents to date, all of whom possess vastly inferior defenses to the Broncos. Your most valid point was about putting Nix under pressure and forcing errors, and that is the best hope for the Jets.

Adam, it's why I don't even follow baseball any longer. Season is way too long. Start off hot, or get hot in the middle, and barely limps into the postseason. It's not even good baseball. Cut the season in half.
