Cheap yet quality is an oxymoron. You can either have a good quality dog food for which you have to shell out good money or you can save money and buy low-quality dog food. If you are on a budget, the best you can hope for is edible and likely NOT to kill your dog.

FYI frenchies all make weird noises they have like their own little language it’s actually really cute but very loud sometimes. They’re not having trouble breathing they just make strange noises quit freaking out. Pugs and other short nosed dogs do it too although they don’t really have the little frenchie language. If you actually have one you understand this. Also as long as you give them quality food they don’t have medical issues. Ours was rescued and in bad shape when we got him but he’s amazing now and all of the medical issues went away after giving him quality food and being mindful of the temperature indoors. These are not outdoor dogs at all! Do not ever leave a frenchie outside period! Especially the pink ones! Do not get one of these dogs if you don’t know how to properly care for them just because you think they are cute! Know your pets before you ever consider getting them! These are great dogs to have though once you know how to properly care for and they don’t break the bank either. They do very well being crate trained as well.
