I don't know. A lot of characters fit perfectly. Mood whiplash with Twilight Sparkle and Ramsay Bolton. Blitzo and Homelander about dirty users like them. Dalek about dark sides. Modern politicians are put in right places (misleading democrats and nostalgic republicans). 2PAC about civil rights. And of course those who can't speak properly.

He is bastard son of House Bolton leader Roose Bolton, coming from indeed dark and cruel family, former vassals of House Stark, before betraying them. Ramsay became extremely notorious for his love of torturing his victims, including Theon Greyjoy and Sansa Stark. Due to being even more wicked and dangerous, he became even more hateable than Joffrey Baratheon himself, becoming even more notorious hate sink. I intentionally made a moment of mood Whiplash, moving from lovable Twilight Sparkle to a monster that is Ramsay. So I can say, this moment is also a jumpscare, like you said
