If a doctor is watching this I hope they can answer my question. I recently had my 4th colonoscopy over a 20 year period, my 10th time under anesthesia. For the first time I vomited during a procedure and woke up with a horrible sore throat. The post op nurse just said “You vomited. There’s nothing we can give you for that.” Then they couldn’t wait to get me out of there. I was concerned because my son vomited and aspirated during a colonoscopy and ended up in the hospital with aspiration pneumonia. The severe sore throat and tons of mucous lasted for days gut fortunately my lungs were OK. My question is - in the surgeons clinical notes they only said everything went well. Shouldn’t they have added that I vomited during the procedure?

So you start the video by saying you’re gunna walk through how to ‘cook’ an overnight oats recipe. Then you highlight it doesn’t need cooking as the oats soak overnight. Then after that mildly amusing contradiction, you begin to cook apples.. Got about 3mins in and just thought. Well, that’s just all completely wrong really isn’t it. The ease of overnight oats being ruined by having to cook apples. Also contradicts the simpleness of not having to cook anything. Why not just cook the oats in the morning along with the apple? Or why not just add raw apple on the morning or the night before? This video straight up hurts my brain.
