Hi Moises, I apologize that I cannot reply in Portuguese. I did use Google translate to read your message. I sold my HD300 several years ago and do not have any of the presets any more. I remember that this recording was done with the Park 75 model but I don't remember anything else about the settings.

Gary also played one of the best basses on the planet, a Ken Smith, and his new bass has that Smith tone as well! For a much more reasonable price. Nice!

Luckily the new ones that just came out are in the mid $2k range. No where near the Private Stock prices they use to be...

Nice bass. Don't know the retail price but doesn't have the punch of the Ken Smith. Not shure if Smith does endorsements or not.

Played one at the Nashville Guitar Center a while back...incredible tone, Fodera-like price tag, $9K...like someone else said, Grainger, while killin' on this bass, could make a Squier sound good

Gary's a wizard.(Greg and Mike are as well). 3 different styles and tones, never touched a knob. If that's the prototype 4 string they've been taking around, it has sick sustain for days. I played it unplugged and it just rang and rang and rang and rang.

wow, that IS suprising...good dynamics for unit priced like that

@thedonace213 - u can manually plug in your own effects in front or behind the HD 300 but if u're lookin for an effects loop gotta take a look at the 400 or 500.

can you plug outside effects into the POD HD300 or is that only the POD HD400 and 500?

@RulesRedefined I've since taken the HD300 back to get an HD500 which does have bank up and down switches. If I recall correctly, on the HD300 you have to press 2 switches simultaneously to do bank up and bank down.

@Naregnemyes It's a 1999 PRS McCarty. They came with moon inlays instead of birds. I think the finish is called McCarty Sunburst. It was the standard sunburst for that model.
