For anyone who doesn't understand today's politics hasn't watched enough SCTV. Johnny LaRue is today's DJT. Sick and twisted. It was funny on SCTV. Not so much in real life.

Oh, THANK YOU for putting this reel together of this one of a kind TV classic sitcom THE GREAT SCTV! There has never been a brilliant sitcom like SCTV ever, and now, with the Politically Correct World, we are stuck in. Nothing like SCTV or many other old TV shows could ever be made again because real humor and laughter has been silenced! 😢 So Thanks for archiving these episodes and uploading them to KZbin to show people what our censored but FUNNY and not Politically Correct TV looked like and what real laughter feels like! Bwahahaha!! 3D House of Stewardess!👀❤👀 ❤️🇨🇦🎉😂💃🏻😘

You are absolutely correct 💯. Let's bring back the comedic and satirical spirit of SCTV once again and thwart the rash of PC schmucks who've commandeered our airwaves!

When the show is indicated it was very funny. And inventive. And they did lift some of their material. And it’s later years it turned out to be something like what you’re saying here. That’s why John Candy left. The show ended up with poor ratings and getting canceled. Think about that. When they started to develop these characters and have this long segments with the same characters that were sort of cynical versions of pop-culture singers and performers that you would see on talk shows the show took a nose dive.
