I went here 1968 -1961. We lived in a huge house owned by Warren Moore, a Banker, at 128 E Columbus St, Canal Winchester. It was built in 1880. It is three stories tall. This house is right on the curve. The road going out of town is the Lythopolis - Winchester Rd. lines up with our driveway. We used to walk to ang go fishing right next to the covered bridge. There were no houses arond it back then.

The Lincoln Highway used to be US Route 30, but it's now County Highway 330. US 30 was turned into a bypass many years ago, which has had a devastating effect on the city's businesses and industry.
@Alexploring Жыл бұрын
Thanks for that local insight! Makes sense that the bypass had an adverse effect on the local economy in Wyandot county!

I deleted my first post as I don't want tp cast shade on your work. After thinking about it, I realized words can been seen to mean different things and no emotion comes across in text. Much respect for not deleting my first post and taking it on the chin. I think you do have a great idea of "virtual tours" to different places other may never see and I will you much success

@Alexploring Жыл бұрын
@@ronaldoliao this was my second time! I do not believe they’ve had one the past couple years due to the pandemic. It’s $5 for a ticket, but autograph sessions tickets were a separate charge. This event usually is one day during January!

Thanks for sharing. How long would you say it takes to walk through the aquarium. We’re trying to find out if this needs a full day or if we can get away with a half day visits before our flight.
@Alexploring Жыл бұрын
We were able to get through the entire aquarium in about 2 hours, but that was with just the two of us. If you have kids, it could take longer with all the fun interactive elements for them to explore! I would give yourself 2-3 hours so you can fully take it all in!
@SuperNewMom1 Жыл бұрын
