Clever, clever. I like this, and it works. And it’s simple. And it’s fast. Thank you!

I put a few droplets of water in a small shallow bowl, microwave for 40 seconds and the egg is semi soft . Also slides out of the bowl - no mess 😊

I would put it on a paper towel and let it dry before plating it... wet toast or bacon isn't too kosher.

I tried this method in my 900 watt microwave. The eggs turned out perfect but yolk was hard at 90sec. I tried today at 70sec yolks were a bit runny. I think 60s Will probably be suitable for my runny yolk. Previously tried other microwave recipes but eggs exploded or the white was too runny. I also swirled water before putting eggs in mugs.

I always first put the cooked egg on a paper towel and blot the top gently with another paper towel. It helps to avoid all that excess water from making the toast soggy since I like to eat mine on top of the toast.

Would have been interesting to see if the yoke was runny. If the yokes hard, you may as well boil in the shells

Yes, this method is very good! You have to be a bit careful with the timing of it in the microwave, though! A bit of trial and error may be needed!

Love when something works AND is good for us! I have horrible eczema and it just randomly pops up. The Cure bar soap actually cures it so much faster than anything else I’ve ever tried. ❤ You look fantastic but the elbows are stunning with the painfully dry skin now healed. 😊

I use amniotic lenses as well. How does the disc stick to the cornea when placing it in the bandage lens, as opposed to placing it directly on the eye? How are you, and how much do you dry out the bandage lens? Have you used the Aurora disk (donut center with clear vision for patient)? My biggest issue has been migration of the disk up and out from under the bandage lens.

Have tried this and it very difficult to get the yolks just right. Gave up after one cup exploded. It was after I have tried 5 or 6 eggs. Don't use the same cup over and over.

This is not poached eggs. This is cooked eggs in water, in the microwave. Your eggs are microwaved. Boil your water in the microwave, then drop your eggs in and leave for 3-4 minutes. Walla, real poached eggs.

Amazing. Much better than the people suggesting you crack the egg into a ramekin, transfer it to another ramekin, but through a fine mesh strainer then throw it into a pot of water. As if i'm bothering with all that clean up

Cosmetic acupuncture sounds great for a natural collagen boost! I've always been a bit scared of needles, so I've been using lymphatic drops from nutraharmony instead. They've really helped reduce puffiness and promote drainage. Maybe it's time to be brave and try both for even better results!

No medical issues in my family. I live a good life. Woke up one day completely different. I am now 2 months into supplements still don’t feel better. I have really bad headaches

It really depends on the patient. You should only have one eye done at a time so that both eyes are not blurry for driving
