Great vid! Im still getting the Twilio authentication error no credentials provided even after your fix im curious could there be other reasons that causes that ?

Yeah, getting your account properly verified. Dropping a vid soon on that. It’s called A2P authorization. Go to your twilio and follow the steps

Hey Alejo, great video. What would the process be if a caller wanted to change or cancel an appointment? Would this have to be worked into the System Prompt and 'cancel_link' function be used instead for example? :)

That’s right! And if you’re using the booking link flow, you can have both a ‘cancel’ and ‘reschedule’ link. You should have some sort of database (google sheet should be fine to start) to keep track of which cancel/reschedule link is for which person

Hey @vinyacanada! So glad it worked for you! In your notes section you can clarify to speak slowly. You can also do that during the conversation too. Regarding the rant, ask it to only write short and concise answers. Cheers!

Thanks this was a nice tutorial however, I seem to be running into an issue with the initial web hook while I have it connected to Vapi as instructed when I hit run scenario, it just gets stuck. I know Vapi recently made some changes so I'm wondering if that has something to do with it just getting stuck. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Let’s figure this out. Have you integrated your Twilio credentials? Is your Twilio fully verified for sending SMS? When you go to History of the scenario on Make, click on the Error on the right and walk through each of the modules - what is the error that comes up?

@@AlejoAndPaige thank you for your quick reply! So I've just been using the demo number with Twillo. I suppose I should probably pay for a number first, but this is the error message that I was getting. Error Validation failed for 1 parameter(s). - Missing value of required parameter 'to'.

Thanks for the question Mohammad. It’s such a popular and nuanced question that we decided to record a whole video deepdiving into it. Stay tuned to the release next week! For now: - check your voice provider (choose 11labs or cartesia). - explore several voices until you can shortlist 3 you really like, then start messing with the settings in the “Voice” tab. Be willing to give up some latency for higher quality.

Good question! First check if Make has a native integration by double clicking on the diagram and searching for Cpanel. If it’s not there, with Make you can do “HTTP requests” to different services, including email providers. If you google “cpanel api http request send email” there should be some resources to help you

Great video as usual! I have a few questions for you. Do we need to disconnect our phone number from all the assistants to make these squads work? If yes, I've done this, but when I make a call, it didn't connect that. How can we solve that?

Thank you for the question! That’s where the Make automation comes in. Make sure you follow the Make steps laid out in the video. Let me know if there’s anywhere specifically that you get stuck :)

Then check your Make setup: 1) go back to the homescreen and choose the scenario 2) you should see the history with an Error on the right side of the screen 3) click on the error symbol in the module that’s showing an error 4) follow the errors to fix it. Give it your best shot, it took me hours to debug mine so don’t get discouraged! - check that your API key and phone number id are correct - copy all the JSON for the assistants and paste it in jsonlint.com , and it will tell you if there are errors there. After you’ve spent a solid hour trying to fix it, feel free to book a call with me and we can look at it together. You’ll facepalm yourself when you find what the error was. My thought is that it might be as a way to figure out their target market to become VC-profitable and not just a developer platform. Cause in reality what company needs 1 million concurrent calls?

​@@AlejoAndPaige I think VAPI is just trying to make a point, to say that "concurrency is no issue here guys, whatever you got, throw it at us lol" In terms of massive phone usage, I would look at contact centers, homeowner services (windows,siding,etc), hospitals, financial services, any industry that serves older populations, etc, have huge phone traffic and have massive concurrency. Also, voice channels may qualify for the 5k ADA disabled access irs tax credit as it's a wcag compliant interface.
