Just clicked on your channel to see if you had posted, as it had been a long time since I had seen a post. I had thought maybe you were unwell or gone to the hiking after world. Hope there will be more posts in future.

I never disclose my wild camps, for obvious reasons. Well done - but keep the locations to yourself. Oh, I'm just back from 3 months (straight) wild camping on the south coast, it adds weight but I carry a solar panel rather than a B&B.

Greetings from Melbourne. It's good to see that you're back walking again. I find your videos very watchable. Last June, I walked the Two Moors Way, and I remembered to look for the turn-off on Dartmoor just as you suggested on your video. I'm returning to England next June to walk the pilgrim way from Bury St Edmunds to Walsingham.

I made a velcro'd triangle to cover the vent at the end, which could be adjusted, fully shut to fully open or right off.

Really useful and informative video! What tent were you using? My partner and I are planning to do two weeks wild camping along the swcp in june, and I need to buy a new tent but haven't decided which one to buy yet. We're also doing it on a bit of a budget so I don't want to be spending loads on a mega fancy tent, just one that does the job and is reasonably lightweight. Cheers!
