lol i just made a review of eversince on my channel - i'm in the minority, in that i think he's really forgettable and creatively blocked at times. Idk, something about his deadpanned delivery, overly-autotuned vocals and his lack of presence in each song's mix renders him essentially useless in relaying any emotion or passion. I think some of the instrumentals are good, but not enough to save it for me.

the album sounds weirdly gothic to me tbh. It feels like a gothic cathedral but like a fake one that was built in the 17th-18th century

The thing I love about bladee's work and this album in specific, is that the production is so dense, lively and purposeful, while the singing/rapping appears so monotone and almost like he doesnt care. It makes for a juxtaposition that is so interesting to me. It never gets old
