I want to suggest that you can easily understand why students scared of this subject, Mathematics. Explain in detail, so everyone must love it. I am watching the American teachers also on this. They have more indepth knowledge. I hope you understand what I want to say. Don't feel your students know everything, explain them everything. Thank you for your time and patience.

In the starting u wrote sin theta = P/H cos theta =B/H Then we may write sin^2 theta + cos^2 theta = P^2/H^2 + B^2/H^2 =(P^2 +B^2)/H^2 = H^2/H^2=1
