That is a great question. I hate the tiny backyards in FL. There plenty of land to open up the back yard. Don't know why they don't buy more land

So thats a great question. Most builders here in Northeast Florida do prioritize maximizing the amount of homes they can build in a community. Due to this, smaller yards end up becoming more of the norm here. 🙂

If this is in regards to the glass in the shower, then yes nowadays most builders are doing the seamless glass which gives it a nicer look. 🙂

Whats the HOA, property tax on the model home? Any SDD?

@tcw831 Great question. The HOA for this neighborhood is $1,465 for the year and the taxes on this Model Home are $7,068.12. Silverleaf does not have CDD Fees as well. This builder chose to not add a sink to their model on this one but we have seen many other of their models have the sinks. Overall its a design choice some people like and others don't and a design choice the builder does offer. 🙂

This home is still being used as one of their models so they haven't released the approx price but they have referenced that this home will be priced over $1,500,000 when the time does come that they list their model.

The total lot size depends on which lot is chosen in the community. Most of the lots in crosswinds will be 1/4 of an acre or less. 🙂

Beautiful home but that microwave is practically on the ground Who thinks back pain to use your microwave is a good idea!! ??

We see it more and more nowadays. having the microwave over the stove isn't as common as it used to be. Especially in model homes where a lot of times the builder wants to add a nice hood over a gas stove. With that being said it does force the microwave to go lower in the kitchen.

The closet in the master was about the only thing I liked about the house. Whose idiotic idea was it to put glass doors on the linen closets?

We loved the closet as well. But great questions. So builders here will use the glass doors to show you what is behind the door at times. When this model is sold the builder will be most likely swapping those glass doors for the more standard all wood doors. 😀

I didn’t like the wall in the entry way and the backsplash in the kitchen was dreadful. I loved everything about the master bath shower. The pocket doors are a great idea and the pantry and master closet organization are works of art
