Towards the end, you display a comparison of the 2.. I was thinking that you'd tested them through some sorta software.. but magnifying the title of the window you had displayed reads it to be a jpg...image editor- clearly, though, some manner of software was utilized to measure the DB performance you discuss.... mind sharing? Great video on the process of attaching an external antenna connection...simple, to the point- you make it out to be easy...and if it were at least to me.. i wouldn't be here learning ha! And, speaking of "ha"- you add an interesting character to your video, not sure if all... but, you don't seem to mind laughing at your blunders or mishaps or challenges... for me, not sure if i interpret t ropperly, but, it adds this "human" vibe... ads personality that's for sure.

I would honestly prefer to have the temps displayed numerically on the dashboard so I can see what's happening at a glance, and click to bring up the graph in detail. This is lightyears better than the old version, and I really want my controller to die now just so I have a reason to make the upgrade to your trapezoid controller

I see that you are in possession of flux because you used some when soldering the FFC onto the board, so I'm wondering why you didn't use any when cleaning the old solder from the PCB pads?! That would've made the task much MUCH easier!

You are correct, we have to use flux to clean the solder off of the pads.

I own a PACE MBT PPS 85E and that air outlet dial you turn and nothing is happening, On mine there are 3 or 4 holes on the dial. and as you turn the dial from 1 -4 it exposes more air to escape, and in turn less air blowing out at the end of the hot air iron, A bit like a carpet vacuum tube` the slot on a tube you open it and it causes less suction on the carpet , you close the slotted bit on the tube and the suction is greater, but on a carpet vacuum its reverse from the way on the soldering station, Great job on the repair, when sucking up the solder , might need the solder station set higher as solder does not like to remelt unless adding fresh solder to it,so this is why may need to set higher temp. I am new to soldering, if the solder struggling to suck up check tubes are not semi blocked , Did you figure out the suction ?

hello sir. thank you so much for the detailed video. I have Ikea Fantast thermometer. While I was making yoghurt, some milk leaked into the probe. So I unplugged the cable from inside the prob. I dried it fully. No problem, works perfectly. But I can not put it in back into the metal L shaped prob. My question is, can I buy another brand's (Wintact) cable and plug in into Ikea thermometer? Are they universal? the cable is just like the ones you show in your video.

There are a lot of different kinds of meat probes which, unfortunately, have the same connectors. There are ways to identify what kind of probe it is using an ohm meter but it's not guaranteed. I suggest that when you buy another meat probe, make sure it says that it is compatible with your product or that the merchant will allow you to return it if it doesn't work.

I've seen a replacement connecting rod online for about $16. Typically we just get new pumps but they are expensive ($300-600) and repairing your own is definitely worth it. We seem to have problems with the motor as well due to the poles failing.

Hey, I may sound pedantic, but what you are soldering is a FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit); not a FFC. I mention this because I was looking into FFC soldering technique, and I don't know if the technique is different or not.

Cause I dont want no rooskies hackin my grill and holdin my meat hostage like they did the IRS. Can I add some Norton to make it safer. Someone also said I should use a firewall. Do I need more wood pellets to do this? This technology is makin me crazy. Next thing you know my grill will be cohortin with my washin machine.
@muxallopeniot91942 жыл бұрын
LOL! Currently the Muxall Pro BBQ Controller will only work on your home's private wifi network. You won't be able to access the web app away from the house. In the future, it will have cloud access at which time the security will be enhanced. It doesn't use any more wood pellets than the OEM controller that came with your grill. Yeah, better be nice to your washing machine! 😀

Greetings, I am Sonjay Mukerjee being from Mumbai. I am wanting to learn Barbi Qu. Kindly would you tell what is best meat for use to make Briskit.
@muxallopeniot91942 жыл бұрын
Hello Sonjay, According to WikiPedia: "Brisket is a cut of meat from the breast or lower chest of beef..." Here is the wikipedia link: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brisket The way I cook it is at a temperature of 250F to 275F in a barbecue grill or smoker until the internal temperature of the meat reaches about 205F. After it reaches that temp, pull it from the grill/smoker and wrap it in aluminum foil so no juices can leak out, then wrap it in a towel, then put it in an ice chest (no ice). Let it sit in the ice chest for 1-2 hours where it will finish cooking. Pull it out, slice it across the grain of the meat, and serve with a cold beer!

I had to go run the trash at work and my wife pushed power and couldn’t get it to turn back on to switch it to shut down so an hour later when I got home I opened the grill and a little smoke was still coming out it was about halfway down the auger i emptied the pellets and vacuumed as much of them out of the hopper as I could thank God it didn’t make it to the hopper. I really think that’s the only way the hopper catches fire when the fan quits blowing.
@muxallopeniot91942 жыл бұрын
If the grill is not level, that can also cause back burn up the auger tube. But the 6002 is not supposed to have that issue because the auger tube is not in the burn pot like standard grills.

@muxallopeniot91942 жыл бұрын
Hmm... I'm not sure if multiple vibrators would work better. I think of a person holding a rope and moving it up and down; you get a nice sine wave. But if two people, one on each end of the rope, move the rope up and down then you would get some of the waves canceled by interference and some waves doubled by interference.

To remove hot melt glue with zero force, flood the joint with isopropyl alcohol. It doesn’t dissolve the glue in any way, but the joint completely releases.
