Good stuff. Editing docs with a newspaper column format, however the text remains in the column size when copy & paste onto a full size page. How can I get the text to fill out the line to the right margin automatically, rather than doing each line manually? Thanks

Hi Tess! Thank you for this video! How can I maximize the page? Ensure Fit leaves too much unused space. My goal is to maximize the full page.

It's a shame I didn't see this 5+ years ago. It took me some time to find the new/extra sub group options and so much more. I must be a power user now going by this as I've set default templates, passworded sections for various things and so much more. The extra tabs sections were game changer!! I have long had a standard for the notes where they're nested eg >>LEVEL 1 / >LEVEL2 / LEVEL3 etc. I have many other presets like ---- turns into a long time like a page break. Using the lined/tabbed pages is definitely handy on the Surface Book 3 when hand writing to control the size of the writing, then do a copy all, paste to a new default template page in the correct area and delete the original lined page. It's a shame that MS were talking about deprecating and killing off this brilliant app. For decades I used VERY well nested and titled notes in Outlook Notes for most of my info and just snobbed OneNote. When they in their stupidity started killing off the notes section I had to look elsewhere and 1N was suggested from MS. I got VERY VERY comfortable with it and was VERY outspoken when they suggested they were going to scrub it. I use 1N for so much info it's not funny for at home. From shopping lists, wish lists, things to talk to the doc about, logging all my service contacts (eg "DATE/TIME RANG POWER COMPANY RE INCORRECT BILLING"), tracking when things have happened or been done in the house, to our pets (eg vet visits and meds), our garden notes (what was planted where and when), full into and keys for my computer games and so so much more. One of the tabs is called "PROJECTS" which has >>PROJECT NAME, >PLANS, >PRICING, >WORK/ACTIONS and any other appropriate section which is nested so it's normally closed and only shows the project name in the list of projects until I click on it and open it up to add more info as needed. I have cooking recipees, building how to's and the list goes on. This is one of the best programs made by MS ever, especially when I can sync it either with our QNAP NAS or with our OneDrive which does admittedly sync a little better and is MUCH easier to work remotely with on the Note10+ phone. I can make a shopping list for our hardware store and go shopping there. Force a sync on the phone if not already there and see the list. I can then with the phones' stylus make notes, changes, additions etc as I please.

Thank you, this is helpful... but honestly it comes across as an amateurish first draft. It should've been reviewed, edited, refined, perfected, and THEN posted.

Hi, how can I set up a permanent or default formatting and style for different part of the word document (for example heading, bold times new roman 28, body text calibry 10, footnote calibry 8, table justied calibry 8 etc) in away when I or someone writes different font, size or colour or paste sentences with different font, size, etc, it automatically changes to the default or original style set for that part of the document and one doesn't have to change it manually!

I appreciate the depth which you go into; however, it is incredibly distracting the amount of filler words you use. I appreciate your status of "powerpoint guru", but your public speaking detracts from that. Thank you though for putting this together.

Are tables faster when traversing via VBA to do the normal CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete). I get the "use" advantage of tables. But Bottom line question is do tables allow better performance or not if ranges are converted to Tables
