The deployant for the rubber strap is different from the one of the steel bracelet, if it is that what you mean. The deployan buckle is only for rubber straps

@@chiefofthewatch it is different but that doesn’t mean that it isn’t interchangeable. For example the butterfly clasp is ‘for’ the conquest watches but I swapped it with the safety deployant on my hydroconquest and it was perfect. If it is the same width it should swap over without issue.

ahh. yeah, now understand what u mean. you can change it to some watches, just watching out for the lug distance, which varies with longines.

The one of the rubber straps is, as long as you use a rubber strap with 19mm width at the buckle level, which is usually (not always) for watches with 21mm lug width.

@@chiefofthewatch once you have educated yourself , by watching YT vids, visiting Authorized Dealers , checking prices on Watch Charts and Watch Recon , then you are less likely to get ripped off. I've been buying , selling watches since 1980. I worked at A Rolex dealer which sold only mid to high end watches. So you definitely get a feel for value and quality. I did buy the Steinhart sight unseen, the Vintage 300. wore it for 4 years and then sold it to a friend for $400!. A high end watch will still look good after years of use! The Steinhart did and is considered low end by myself.

thanks! so first is that it was on sale, so there was a big discount. Also, yema is coming up with new movements recently, so I guess they need to sell the older ones. Finally, the fact that it has a bigger case especially for a dress watch it may make it less attractive to their clients. yema is making a lot of 39mm watches now. that’s my view anyway, does it make sense ?

I like it. It wears well, though it gives a very sporty look to the watch. For me it was ok under the shirt, but this is not a dress watch, it is bulky, and the rubber strap has a bulky clasp, be ware of it.

@tonyjones6148 i used forward2me.com it was not so expensive. at least with me it worked out fine, they give several options to ship with them, i used dhl and it worked all ok.

On the watch, for your reference my wrist is 6,5 inches. If it is the PRX quartz of 40mm, yes. Careful because there is a PRX of 35mm, which has a smaller lug distance and it wont work. For the PRX 40mm the lug distance is 12mm, for the PRX 35mm lug distance is 11mm. In the tissot website the inform which one you should use. Hope it helps.

Hello. Yes, vintage watches tend to be more stiff to rotate than new ones. But some times it could be more difficult because it needs some lubrication. The reason is that the older watches used non synthetic oil, and with time it dries up, a watch service may fix it for you. Having said that, don’t expect to have it like a new watch. Mine has been lubricated recently bc i got it from a watch service store, and they did it @ the end of last December, so it is not so stiff. But it will never be like a new modern watch. I would recommend not to force the mechanism and take it to service. Hope this helps!

Yes, the logines bracelet is crappy. The original rubber strap is very good and secure, you can adjust it to fit well, I have used a lot and it works fine. I find it confortable, although the leather has a better wear, as it usually is the case. Hope it helps.

Yes there is lume, although stronger only in the hands. The numbers are lumed but do not seem to have a lot of it. I didnt test how long it lasts, bit i dont think it is for a long time. Hope it helps

hello! glad you liked the video. I’ve been using it for some time now, the watch is very nice to wear, I would say it has a “hamilton” style. Good quality, with a workhorse swiss movement. the crown is a bit annoying some times to use, nothing critical or quality, but different. If you like a vintage style, it is a great peace. the bezel is a smudge and scratch magnet, so it is not a watch for every occasion unless you don’t mind the scratches . I use it as an office watch or dress watch. This would be my general idea! Let me know if u need more info!

Yeahh. They don’t make a good job with the anti reflective coating. They claim there is one here, but I didn’t find it…liked the watch though .

i bought one generic in ebay also, the one i got the rubber band was similar, the difference was in the clasp. the original is better. but this differs a lot depending on where u buy. hope it goes great for u, let us know!
