Last doesn’t make sense unless she is a kid and popped out of no where. Cause he was under the speed limit, drivers know the speed difference.

I think it's really sad that so many people try to pick the commercial apart instead of responding to it emotionally. Personally every time I see this it's going to make me cry because what if I have a daughter and she was lying in the hospital bed. And for someone's information a child can be killed by a car going only 25 mph. I've known it to happen!

What an over-the-top, ridiculous commercial. Leave it to government agencies to make PSA's like this.

Texting while driving is just as bad as driving while intoxicated, plus they should've worn their seatbelts.😢

A big reason for speed limits is so you don't have to guess at junctions with limited visibility.

Are there any particular reasons why your commercials only have guy/MEN either crashing or taking a life by not paying attention on the roads? Where are the women who are putting on make up, lipstick, eating, fiddling with the radio, etc, while driving and taking lives?🤔

After watching this PSA, I realized that PSAs are scarier when it doesn’t show something, leaving the viewer to imagine the worst

I thought of this warning flashing brake light idea back in 2000 and contacted every major car manufacturer and electronics company, along with the national highway safety patrol in the US. I was 20 at the time, and all I wanted was for safer roads and less accidents. I even contacted insurance companies and told them about the way it could save them money with fewer crashes on the road. All I wanted monetarily was $5 for every new car sold with this technology. Now, i find out this became a reality! Any lawyers out there know if I have any grounds for any type of suit since i massed mailed my idea out to just about every company?

Well if it was enforced maybe there would be a difference. I see people on their phones every single day. I've seen the police drive right by while they are on their phones. No consequence no change.

I was involved in an accident on May 29th I was looking up a the stats of a Ford F-150 on my phone when I crashed into a 2010 Chevy Equinox. I hit the car at 35-40 mph. There was a 1 year old child in the car. He was crying, the family sustained no injuries while my two legs were bruised. I was lucky to be alive as well as the family. From now onwards I will longer be driving the car while drive with a phone on hand.
