I just finished this workout and as somebody who lives heavyweights three days a week and walks every day, I am blown away by the content and the quality of this workout. I chose this today because it’s too hot to walk outside and get my 10,000 steps in so I decided to work out inside and boy. I’m glad I did keep up the good work. I look forward to and thank you.
