Lol - when you dig into the earth there are certain off gases from decomposing minerals and Radon is one of those which are hazardous to humans. Thanks for watching.

All I notice as a stair guy is that wall that’s going to get a terrible flat cap next to the stairs instead of a nice open stringer with the balusters landing on the treads.

If you are going to have an RV garage, have a sewer connection and use the RV as a guest house when parked in the garage. Drain for washing car 220 EV chargers / welding / compressor, etc. Skylights AND windows Tons of LED lights

The thing I love most about buying houses outside of America is that our walls are made of wall. Like, the entire wall - it's just wall-to-wall wall instead of specific little narrow strips.

Depends on who's mounting what I guess. A not-so-handy homeowner would probably benefit from the TV backing so they don't have to rely on perfect stud finding skills they may lack.

I would start with making it waterproof, that dosnt look water proof, you need somthing like a curved edge molded into the concrete around the edge and the hot and cold water needs to be heated in winter if it freezes, a drain grate in the floor with drain for water, pressure washing, a dehumidifier, large vent fan, so you can idle and warm up the car before leaving, a tall roof makes it expensive, and also add security,
