My son was always long and lean. Old Navy/GAP is the only brand he wore growing up. I shopped their sales and clearance and could get better than Walmart pricing and better quality. Ordering online I could get slims in any size and even as he went into men’s…it’s still what he wears.

I remember lovinggggg to rearrange my room as a kid and i still love it to this day 😂

I agree with the black garbage bag. Same with my stuff. If I don't look in it for one month. It's gone. I also have a thing where if I take four bags to a thrift shop or Goodwill, I get to bring a bag of purchased things home .

Walmart athletic shorts fit my son well. I also learned how to take them in at the waist, sewing by hand. It’s not hard and works great!

Just remember that the vast majority of ‘donated’ clothing, etc doesn’t get recycled, it goes to poor countries to pollute their watery ways and towns. Climate change isn’t the boogeyman it’s the our overconsumption of things. When you have fewer clothes, you do have less work. I finally figured this out over the decades.

The pink dresser will look so cute with a gold iron bed frame 😍 And loft beds are a game changer!! My daughter has one with an attached desk underneath. Freed up so much space for activities 😅

Slim fit. My oldest 2 were very tall and thin. I really only shopped at Oshkosh back then & I know for sure they carry slim fit. It gives them the length they need, without having to cinch the waist so much.

Stay put and be comfortable! We wanted bigger, brought bigger, bigger house = bigger debt. Now we are selling and down sizing, once we got into the bigger house I realised I missed the “comfort” of the smaller space . If I could go back in time I wouldn’t have brought the newer, bigger house
