Hi Dr. What's up? I have a case of CL 1, moderate crowding, upper 6 s are missed. every thing was alright till I reached 17 * 25 NiTi wire, the upper left 2 became with flared crown and +ve root torque, tipped distally. I did all I know to fix the problem, but it didn't work, torque spring, torque bend, reposition of the bracket, Z bend, upside down bracket, with no hope. the tooth is with normal phisiological movement, good occlusion,no sign of ankylosis, the x_ray showed no Pdl widening, radiulucency or changes. Please Dr., your kind opinion.

مرحبا دكتور.. كيف الحال.. After traction of upper 4 ( the upper 5 was with large filling) distally in extraction case of sever crowding CL 1 molar and canine relationship.. the upper 6 was mesially tipped (the mesial side.. intruded.. the distal side..extruded).. inspite I used a rectangular stainless steel wire 17 * 25 with stopper. Can I use this technique to solve the problem.. and in case I couldn't.. what other simple way to uprigth the tilted molar? thank you so much Dr. 🌹🌹🙏🙏
