HAHA they were pull up iso holds. I had to hold at the top for 6 seconds and I can’t do that 3 times in a row without the band to assist me. The band makes pulling myself up easier!

I'm thinking about working in the medical field, but I also want to play D1 volleyball, and I feel as if U of I is a great school to do the both of those things. It's also close to me, so it'd be easy to visit home. Would you say that sounds like a decent idea? I'm only a freshmen in high school as of right now, but I'm still thinking about committing to this idea! :)

i brok my side ankle i have been in a cast for 3 week an dknow in in a healing boot for a week know i have a week to go with my boot and anfter that i have rehab for about 2-3 months and it's really hard because im only 14 and this is my 2 seconds really bad injury
