How could there is sever TR and PASP above 80 mmHg with fair RV systolic function and there is diffuse Apex in clinical examination and in Echo report the RV is normal size ??????????

Dr Ahmed El Sayed is an incompetent doctor - he may successfully perform a surgery but if you develop complications - one of 3 things will happen - (1) you will not be able to contact him, he will ignore your messages, (2) he will try to treat complex complications without the medical competence to treat them and he will not bring in the specialists that can treat the problems - he lacks the capacity to understand what he does not understand, and (3) he will never take responsibility and therefore never learn and improve. Doctors make mistakes but those that don't learn from their mistakes will always be poor doctors - Ahmed Elsayed is one of these doctors. Avoid him at all costs.
