Beautiful Song, and superbly sung and played Lester !!

I love the way you cross so many genre's. You are very jazzy, but very bluesy at the same time. Love it. Now get off them stairs and stop causing a blockage.

@@Mandobird1 ha ha. To be honest. I’m baffled at how they’ve made a uke this good at this price. It’s astounding. If I’d bought it for £300 I’d still think I’d got a bargain
@Mandobird18 күн бұрын
@@Lesterweb Dang, the more I look into this model, the higher the UAS rises! I noticed you replaced the tuners with friction style pegs. Which ones did you choose, and did the peg holes need reaming?
@Lesterweb8 күн бұрын
@@Mandobird1 I feel so responsible! Yes I don’t like geared tuners on a uke. These are leader banjo planetary tuners. And yes. I reamed with a step drill to about 10mm
@Mandobird18 күн бұрын
@@Lesterweb Lol. Forgive me Father, it's been one year since my last uke! I might stick some Graph Tech ratio tuners on it, if I decide to pull the trigger. But then they're black, whilst the saddle and nut are white. Might have to get some ebony parts, to pimp it out properly.

I got one of these about a month or so ago and swapped the tuners for friction tuners. I absolutely adore it. It punches way above its price point in my opinion. I’d be interested in hearing the tenor. I don’t think there is anything better in all solid mahogany at this price point.
