We currently do not have an estimated time to resolve this, as there are ongoing changes in the way we are able to get Tweets from Twitter. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible, and the feed may populate during this time. Once resolved, it will continue working automatically. With that said, we are not aware how long these issues will last or how long it will take to resolve the issue exactly. We apologize for the inconvenience, and please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime. I will also get back to you when we have an update on the Twitter API situation.

I figured it out. Facebook pages rely on owners of said pages to place the map pin in the correct location. So instead of choosing the Facebook page under "location" when creating or editing an event, I manually type in the address, and accept the correct address when Facebook suggests it. This will list the address as opposed to the name of the location in the Facebook event, but the Smash Balloon plugin then uses the address instead of latitude and longitude.

We still would not recommend buying Facebook followers, it is far better to start with a small audience and grow than to try to boost yourself up with bought follows.
