A mio parere il grande chitarrista Django Reinhardt ha fatto un solo errore: inserire il VIOLINO in molte sue canzoni. Una vera stonatura musicale; difatti i suoi veri successi sono.... senza violino!

Excellent, great to hear that gypsy jazz music is alive and well. Gifted musicians here who can really swing. Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli are applauding up in heaven. Great version of "Cherokee" and "Caravan".

You guys blow me away, that guy on the piano ...holy shit lol My late husband studied for many yrs on the piano, and I miss hearing him play, other then that he was a Master Electrician at a local university in Michigan, they owned a music festival where the Detroit Symphony had its summer home. He became president of his union and we received free tickets to the music festival. All kinds of music, it was wonderful. Mostly lawn tickets unless we upgraded to the pavilion. but I was able to see and hear so many of the great muscians and singers . I got to see Benny Goodman on his 70th birthday, and "Aron Copland on his 70th conducting the Detroit Symphony with my fav music by him Appalachian Spring. I have been very fortunate to experience so much live music, but to be honest, my all-time favorite is Frank Zappa, he taught me how to listen took me a few years to get into his instrumentals but his music is now being used to assist children with all kinds of problems. I will keep listening to you guys thank you for putting this big smile on my face ;) . Still listening :)... wishing you all happy and safe holidays to come. Just turned 79 yrs young :) haven't been old since I was 30 lol Decided then I am not old :) except now I have that lovely senior disorder CRS " can;'t remember shit".

Saw the word Django Rhienhardt and played this, tapping my feet while decorating my Christmas tree, then stopped when I heard the Reverie rendition. Well, have to stop, make my tea, sit down and watch the gem i found in YT. Musicians par excellance! Im watching a free concert in Vancouver Island, BC, and chorusing on the "whoa" of the audience. Wish i was there! From an ardent fan of Django.

I sincerely want to congratulate the camera man. No non sense moving around, but showing us the complete picture all the time so that you can look at any part of the frame and focus on any musician you want. Simply brilliant!!! I know the camera didn´t have a lot work once he framed the picture but still, I feel the need to congratulate him or her for doing it this way. It gives you the feeling that you are in the room!
