Whether you’re playing 40 or 60 cards, bricking can happen, and even if you reduce the chances, there's no guarantee it won't still occur. Running a 60-card deck may seem counterintuitive, but when it hits, the payoff is definitely higher. As for 'That Grass Looks Greener,' it’s tempting to mill spells, but it doesn’t offer immediate value in dealing with the opponent’s board or setting up plays, especially when going first. After destroying his monster on the Extra Monster Zone, Roze’s effect activated and revived herself, then negated his Dragoon. Sky Striker Ace - Roze second effect: “If an opponent's monster in the Extra Monster Zone is destroyed by battle, or leaves the field because of your card effect, while this card is in your GY: You can Special Summon this card, then you can negate the effects of 1 face-up monster your opponent controls, until the end of this turn.” Thank you for asking and let me know if you have any other questions! 😊
