The house has sold back in early 2020. But Duck Key doesn’t have HOA Fees.

Wow, that lot next door really _'makes'_ the house. I first came to Duck Key way back in the 1960s when the hotel was called _'Indies Inn.'_ So glad they decided to renovate the old 'Venetian' bridges instead of replacing them with soulless concrete ones.

Duck Key sits very close to multiple bridges that pair the Gulf of Mexico & Atlantic as the tides and currents change the canals flow.
