An Rtx 4060 i5 12600k build OR an Rtx 4050 i5 13420H laptop in 2024 is good for gaming in 2024 under 80000 rs. Easily with ddr5 ram and 1tb gen 4 nvme ssd along with decent build quality and 144hz FHD monitor. For the laptop I think Acer Nitro V or Asus TUF A15 are very great choices and I recommend laptops because you already get a good monitor and keyboard plus you can somewhat carry it around.

Definerely upgrade, with a budget like that, get an OLED monitor, if you generally play more competitive games go for a 1440p OLED and if you play singleplayer games more then a 4k OLED monitor would be better
