Hey! I just randomly found this video. I come from the north of spain myself and I just wanted to tell you about how we eat this peppers. We actually roast them on an open flame or in a barbecue until the skin turns black. Then you remove the burnt skin and just eat the flesh. There are many uses for this pepper. You can eat them as a condiment for meats or over a Spanish omelette. Some people stuff them with meat and then stew or deep fry them. They’re really versatile! They usually are much larger than the one you grew though. Anyway, thanks for the video!

A watermelon in the store costs $4.00. To grow a hydroponic watermelon would take around 4 months and you would need to replace all of the nutrient solution at least every week! It's not worth it.

I'm definitely going to try this. I have a couple plum and apple trees that like to sucker like crazy! After watching this, I wish my Asian pear tree would do this, though! 😂

What is wrong with you touching and handling the babies. I doubt you are a wildlife expert. would you want someone picking your kids up and fiddling with them? LEAVE THEM ALONE!
@user-tv3vp8ji9e7 күн бұрын
You shouldn't look in the nest and disturb them. You should keep a farther distance. While it is nice you are inquisitive, touching the nest and the babies is not good.

I grew Miner's Lettuce a few years ago as a cover crop in my raised beds because they can take some cold. I'm in Virginia, 7B. They didn't fully live through the winter but thrived in fall and spread their seed and grew again in early spring. I have a ton of volunteers even years later because they self-seed. I love the ground cover qualities of this plant and they are SUPER easy to pull up. Also, the birds love the seeds too! This year I'm doing an experiment with using them as mulch in my garden. When you pull up the whole plant the stems are long and thin like straw and they dry down to form a sort of mat on the surface. I think it will work great as a straw replacement and since they don't grow well in the heat, I am pulling them up to mulch my summer veggies! If this works, I could potentially grow my own mulch and not have to worry about buying straw that may be treated with herbicides. I'm testing it on one garden bed, so we'll see :) Thank you for the informative video, I am going try try eating the flower stalks!

How many time do you water the aloe Vera ? Once a week?
@KhangStarr8 күн бұрын
I water when the soil becomes semi-dry. Don't water too often, but as all plants, never let the soil dries out completely. Some moisture in the soil is all they need.

Hello, I am a new subscriber. I have an aloe plant and I have a question. What do you do with the brown shrivels part of the leaves? Do I leave it alone or cut only the burnt part or take the whole leaf off? Thank you for you videos.

The problem is rain. With that huge opening, any rain just dilutes the nutrient solution beyond usefulness..

Hey! Remain only 3 lamps. Lower lamps to 20 cm to plants surface. Get only 4 littres tank for hydroponic solution for 2 plants. You wlll get the same nice result! I do grow melons that way. I use NPK 16-16-16 plus microelements complex in the Western Siberia a year around to grow melons and watermelons indoor.
