I would reduce the tyre pressure of the left set of tyres on the rear dead axle to bring the weight on the freewheeling tyre of the live axle and give it more grip and bite. Maybe about 10 to 20 psi. And pour water on the rotating tyre and the tarmac below it. Nothing has more grip than the combination of water, rubber and tarmac.
