Well I have a contradiction for this video. While the moon is a lesser light, it was not even created on the 4th day, thus this is the only thing the Bible teaches and Ellen White will not say anything against this. Reuse the rules with this in mind and you will find a true blessing and this study makes a whole lot more sense. The moon does not divide day from night as all the lights on the 4th day of creation do as says the text read in the very beginning of this video. The moon which the Bible tells us is for ordinances is in the daytime sky for half the month and for 1 days a month sheds no light to this earth and when in the daytime sky the moon often disappears as it gets closer to the sun... The Bible tells us clearly that Abrahams children are as the stars of heaven and the Bible tells us also that one star has a different glory then another star... If you want to know when the moon was created you need to trace out what this verse is a memorial of... Leviticus 23:24 “Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.” And if you want to know what is the Lesser Light of the 2 Great lights, if you understand who the true King of the North is that Satan wanted to be like then you can understand which "star" is the Lesser Light and how it mirrors the Bible perfectly... And if we say the moon is for seasons in the passage in Genesis then we make the moon figurative and so also then can be the Sabbath Day and we prepare ourselves for accepting the Sunday Law... Now notice in this quote that EGW says the stars are not burning balls of fire (evolution has caught us with this...). “That was the true light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.” The world has had its great teachers, men of giant intellect and wonderful research, men whose utterances have stimulated thought, and opened to view vast fields of knowledge; and these men have been honored as guides and benefactors of their race. Excellent and so true we are not to add to it or take away from it. But we do add to it unknowingly just as our pioneers did. Something to recognize on the charts is that October 22 1844 is not on the charts. Now some might say it was the year that was important and they are partially correct. If you will notice though, that August 11 1840 is on the charts... There is a specific reason October 22 is not on the charts, and it is because EGW tells us it is an incorrect date... Now I hope people will be Barean and look at these 2 quotes and believe them as they read and not spiritualize them away... There is monumental truth on the charts that is totally unrecognized and with understanding these 2 quotes, it will start to open up a truth so sweet in the mouth and an understanding will then be able to grow and EGW quotes about the end of time start becoming really clear... "The first of these festivals, the Passover, the feast of unleavened bread, occurred in Abib, the first month of the Jewish year, CORRESPONDING TO THE LAST OF MARCH AND THE BEGINNING OF APRIL. The cold of winter was past, the latter rain had ended, and all nature rejoiced in the freshness and beauty of the springtime. The grass was green on the hills and valleys, and wild flowers everywhere brightened the fields. The moon, now approaching the full, made the evenings delightful. They beguiled their journey with song and music, and when at last the towers of Jerusalem came into view, every voice joined in the triumphant strain,- { DA 75.2} for October 22 to be correct the Passover would have had to have been on May 3rd and not at the end of March or beginning of April... By these 2 quotes we can see that character is made up before the test... September 22 was the correct date according to EGW... Thus if you search her writings she will only say something like "they believed" and then say Oct 22... If you can recognize this you are on a start of a beautiful yet fearful journey... EGW is a true prophet of God and every word she wrote needs to be taken into consideration. Every word she penned is under inspiration of the Holy Ghost...

I can relate to this my step mother an father tried to get me into the catholic church but never felt right ! Everything was odd you sin then you confess or eat that lillte white thing to be cleansed from there I dislike church till I was invited into the sda church and I felt the holy spirt alot of things were more clear , Sorry I didn't make in person

God doesn't just want us to remain faithful to the church till He comes. He wants us to fix it.

Nice sermon Kathy Montague, but I just have to point out one thing to you. The Shaking in 1844 had two stages. First, all of God's people were shaken out of the then known Christian churches. Ellen G. White and her family were disfellowshipped from the Methodist church, for example. This amounted to 50,000 people. Second, after the Great Disappointment, those who were not fully committed were shaken out, leaving 50 faithful souls. So, firstly the good are shaken out and then, secondly, the bad, or unfaithful are shaken out. That is how it is going to happen in these last days. First, the wheat will be shaken out, or come out. Then the chaff will be shaken off, leaving the pure wheat. So, first there will be a separation of the good from the bad. Then, secondly, the bad are separated from the good. Notice the 'Tares' are NOT shaken out anywhere. They stay in the churches to burn. This includes the Seventh Day Adventist Church because it has now become a sister to fallen Babylon.
