For job even in carecenters you have to speak with norwegians so you have to complete language requirements then some additional education including norwegian health system which is also in norwegian. Everything is in norwegian language here.

Woasalam You have to check requirements and apply for PhD positions in different universities. PhD is highly paid here in Norway and it can be challenging to get PhD position. You must apply if u fullfil requirements.

I could not understand the question. You have to fullfil requirements to be eligible for PhD. Course work is a part of the process while completing for PhD. Can u explain ur question?

Again it depends upon requirements for PhD. I think u are asking about master / mphil without research work? Almost all universities will have PhD candidat with erarlier reseach experience and its a huge huge huge advantage. You have to show them in interview that u are a good researcher and already u have done so so research (articles etc).
