hi the iacv flange for this intake is for a 2jzgte your iacv will not work just block it off and tune the cold start up enrichment on your standalone ecu witch i hope you install. next your going to find out the throttle body that came with this manifold leaks and it swings the wrong way for your tps sensor. sins this manifold do not use orings for a gasket to cylinder head i would use the oem gasket and not a aftermarket gasket if not it will leak. the bolts that come with this manifolds suck what i did is took one of them to a hardware store and got grade 10 bolts with washers. i wouldn't run the pcv hoses to the manifold run it to a catch can to atmosphere

@@throttlehobby6009 for the idle air control valve the flange on your new intake is for a 2jz-gte you have a 2jz-ge to complete different valves. the 2jzge tps sensor swings counter clock wise. this throttle body swings clock wise. are you installing a standalone ecu or trying to run the stock ecu ?

If you wait for everything to cool down enough, you can do what I do and throw a double bagged grocery bag or a Ziploc bag over the filter when you are about to take it off. Then everything goes into the bag, and not onto everything else

Never filled the Bleeder with antifreeze. Sounds like a way to make a mess. Can just fill the recovery tank, run it, then Crack the bleeder open.

Did this fix your issues? I'm currently have no crank, no start and had EWS codes, but eventually got it started. Now back to the same thing. Replaced starter motor and relay, ignition switch, brand new key, brand new car battery, replaced EWS fuses, and even sent out EWS unit with no faults. The antenna ring will also be my last item of the ignition system I can think of and I am hoping that is the fix! Otherwise I feel like it is connection issues somewhere...

Good video for DIY. I especially like the coolant bottle cutout to fit under the frame without having to jack up the Magna. Manual does list capacity as 3 liters or 3.3 quarts. I am trying to determine if you screw the dipstick in all the way or simply seat it to check the oil.

I got my ’94 in 2014 with 19k miles from orriginal owner who probBly never rode it over 80 mph. I can tell you have a perfent tune on yours. I put Metzler Marathons on it right away. In The AZ heat And mountains, I was 85-100 mph all day long. With many, 120 mph pulls up to 134. And you just can't do that with a Harley V-twin without damaging the motor. I smoked every Stage 2 or 3 harley I ever met. This motor never, ever got hot. I ran a partial synthetic racing oil in her. It helped keep compression up and she never burnt , or leaked a drop of oil. I had Cobra slash cut slip-ons, it sounded great. Loud, but not too loud. With the Metzlers, the cornering ability ecxeeded the bikes limits. Have a great time on your Bobber. I tricked-out my Magna too. I modded a 5.56mil ammo can on the right hand and a Harley swingarm bag on the left. Made brackets to mount highway pegs to the motor mounts, so they looked OEM.
