Who will maintain the drainage system... customer or developer under HMDA house...as here...few days back.. septic drainage tank full..when customer asked to developer...they said...we already handover to you( 1 year (2023) back handover to customer)..now thats problem is yours...so in this case as a customer...what need to do... please help for this issue...
