Hii, Im facing the same issues...can you please tell if they have exchange for the whole category of the item or just size exchange? As in can I exchange a dress for a top? or just size exchange?

Exchange option is there just for name sake. They don’t response at all, at least I haven’t heard anything from their team on exchange of my product. So,the least I could say is not to trust them & stop buying before having full analysis on their products.

Hi dear! I suggest when the delivery guy rings u up just tell him that u don’t want the product anymore cause u r out of station or something. And I personally feel u should avoid making another purchase from them I have learned it the hard way😭
