How long does this syrup keep in the refrigerator? I’m planning to make it for hot lattes. I’m assuming a teaspoon or two should be enough for each latte, right?

For the Butterfly pea Matcha Tea: I would consider brewing the butterfly pea from full flowers. This would allow the drink to be more easily made because you could already have it pre-brewed and on standby. Also, could you add some acidity to the matcha so that when it is added to the top of the BF tea it would cause the color change at the point that the two drinks blend? Not sure if they would blend enough to allow the color change. You could also use Hibiscus tea for a similar look with a little more of a fruity flavor. This sounds like a great iced summer drink!

Milk is water fat sugar and protein Nut butter just fat and protein and some fiber. Try a TBSP or 2 or 4 of mixed nut butter maybe some cocoa powder and possibly some amarena cherry syrup maybe a banana if instead. Mixed in a ninja bullet Like the grind it’s all about balance. We do, well, I do this with cold brew. The coffee is still the star of the show!

i’m confused is there something special about this coffee machine or is it a simple machine and yall are doin the most ?
@coffeesnob4658Ай бұрын
We're doing what it takes to bring excellent coffee out of a machine that most everyone has encountered in their life. Remember, it's all about the ratios with coffee. This can be a great coffee method if the ratios are correct

You’re not wrong, but that’s what humans do. I would bet that you have some sort of interest or hobby that you make your entire identity. Cooking, sports, collecting stuff, movie buff, musician, etc. Humans are passionate and it pushes industry and humanity further. With that being said as someone heavily into the coffee hobby, seeing elitest holier than thou snobbery drives me nuts as well but every hobby has some people like that kinda part of the territory lol

Damn no wonder these hips ter cofee shops charge like $13 for that drink. It takes them fucking forever ti make a cup thus need it to cost more otherwise they would be absolutely flooded with orders if its too cheap.

a drink like this, it will only cost you around a maximum of $3 in my country, i know it's very cheap to you, but for the rest of middle class, i only drink this kind of coffee for half the price.

This is really a great conversation and I am loving your sit-downs. We appreciate your selflessness in sharing about your business and offering insights on what one needs to know when they're starting a coffee business. I agree with you 💯 that coffee business is 80% relationship and 20% cash transaction especially for non chain business. As farmers we go in as a community and hope the same culture can be transferred to the consumption side and that is what I am hearing from Lance and Chelsea. Stay blessed and keep up the great work.
