One thing for sure is that this property is in the very capable hands of Wyatt Poindexter. He is a real estate guru and sales wizard in Oklahoma. He has sold some of the highest priced properties in Oklahoma, and he does it by building bridges of friendships. He creates these incredible virtual tours that feature various exotic cars. High-end, mid-range, and low range does not matter to him. He provides the same focus and energy towards all of his clients. He is very down-to-earth, very grounded, and his sales do not have any extreme customer pressure or aggressive push associated with them. Many in his industry consider him very well respected. I have long been a fan of Wyatt Poindexter and hope one day, in the near future, to be able to purchase my “Dream House” with his guidance and assistance. If I perhaps have read your comment inference incorrectly, and you were just being humorous, then I apologize.
