Thanks for your video. I have the standard front axles on my sc10 pro2. The standard hex integrated in these axles are thin. Did you change these front axles to another axle which have holes for installing after market metal wheel hexes? Hope my question makes sense?

2mm toe in?? If it’s a 4wd wouldn’t it pull further toe in when accelerating? ie if it were set up 0 or 1mm tow out it would pull 0-1mm toe in…thoughts?

I know this is old but i figured I'd leave my idea. I like the idea of cutting out the rear panels on the SC trucks, i cut the centers of the fake fan stickers of my old XXX-SCT and mounted two fans to the body with a disconnect in the wire to take the body off easily. Pointed them to blow air out the back of the truck and it made a huge difference, plus it looked pretty sick having visible functional fans

More accurate if you power the steering servo and drop the car then check camber and compressed ride height also slight toe out is better that’s what we run in racing

Fun for the kids, lousy for competition racing. Traxxas are heavy, stiff, slow turning, and will never win any competitions against AE, Losi, or Tekno. Never seen a Traxxas at a competition lol

This is amazing! I’m new to RC. I spoke to the British man at Ideal hobbies, he mentioned there are some people in the Barrie, Angus and innisfil area who built some back yard tracks. Is this open a newcomer like me? I have a feeling he spoke about you because he said he knew another British man who had a track!! I can’t believe I actually ran into this video

If you suck at driving. It don’t matter where the motor is. Lol 😂 I’m a pro novice driver and they all run the same. On a more serious note. For this track and terrain the mid motor is much better.

i feel that the driving skill was lacking in the video, specifically throttle control. but still, cool comparison

also the same tires shouldve been used on each truck, that is what will make the biggest difference in handling

Not to be rude just a friendly bit of advice, when editing you need to better adjust your sound, I’m having to turn up the volume during your commentary and back down when it’s done cause the music is just so loud. I’d honestly prefer no music but I get why you threw it in otherwise great video. Be easy dude ✌🏻

Definitely totally different Era cars and way different motor combo's. With the right setup and a motor/esc switch I believe the rear motor will have a comparable time to the new Era associated. Just saying, I don't know much only raced them since the mid 90's locally at the hobbyplex In nebraska
@RCRoads Жыл бұрын
I really like how the mid motor preforms. Great comparison on the 2 cars. I'm fairly new to the hobby but it just seems like the motor is better protected when it's not hanging out the back.

Rear motor car is shorter! Slightly stressful to drive! And setup! But Rear motor car are nicer! They are the ones that run by legends! Associated B6.3 is a carpet car! And should Try schumacher LD2.
