Killing of A Sacred Deer is a bit weird & a slow burn, but good. Under The Skin is bizarre. Not sure how I felt about it. Slow burn too. Such a nice edition of Trick R Treat. Ghost is classic & has held up beautifully. Really enjoyed Twisters. Nice pickups!

Young Frankenstein is absolutely hilarious. Boogie Nights is classic. In The Mouth of Madness is fantastic. Highly underrated. Monkey Man was solid. Excellent pickups!

They just sent me Event Horizon Steelbook. It of course wasn't in a box. It had damage in 4 places. The item was also used, and the sleeve was warped and scratched. So far they won't post my review. One guy on Reddit said he has to pay for the "Gift" option when checking out, just to prevent damage, because of Amazon's shipping method for SteelBooks. I have 4 SteelBooks pre-orders through Amazon, and now I think I'm going to have to cancel all of them, and order from somewhere else. I apologize for venting. I'm very frustrated with Amazon right now. Sorry you're going through the same situation.

Also make sure the UPS employee scans 2 returns because I had one that one shipment came with three and then the other one just came with one, Well, the kid just scanned the one and on your phone you get acknowledgment of the return from Amazon instead of Three Blu-ray and then the other one Blu-ray, It just said that I had returned the one so I had to get on the phone with Amazon. Put the kid on the phone at the UPS Store and say that I did return 4 today blu-ray from 2 different orders… URGH

Yeah, I made sure they scanned both QR codes I had to return them. I didn't notice this Twister steelbook had a spine slash on it until recently. I put in another request for a return but haven't received it and they may be out of stock now. Oh well! I'm not ordering steelbooks from Amazon anymore if I don't have to.

Amazon customer service is the absolute Worst, when Amazon first started, they were very good and accommodating now you never get a person that speaks English and then you have to go over it three different times and then talk to a superior if they’re there that’s absolutely ridiculous. Start ordering from GRUV you know they take care of their packages

Thanks for watching! I believe my dad wants to watch the 4K of American Graffiti, as he said it's been a while since he watched it. My wife and I just recently watched The Fall Guy yesterday and we really enjoyed it. It has action and comedy two of my favorite genres. I would give it about a 7.5 out of 10 Miranda.

I like the first Dragonheart film, but haven't seen the others in the franchise. Think there's 5 films. Rent-A-Pal is weird & gets pretty crazy. Air is fantastic! One of my fave films from last year. That Saw X steelbook is a beauty. Great pickups!

Thanks! Yeah I own Prey on 4K steelbook but haven’t watched it from the disc yet. I did watch it I believe when they had it on Disney+ as well. I enjoyed it so that’s why I ended up purchasing it. I own all the Predator movies but the first one is my favorite especially since it has Arnold Schwarzenegger. I do own and have seen the other titles you mentioned. Yeah the 80s are definitely my favorite decade for movies and music.

Dogma never interested me when it came out, so I never picked it up. I also have never watched it so maybe I would like it. I have never seen a copy of it out in the wild or for sure I would have picked it up if found cheap. Maybe they will rerelease some of these titles one day. Hopefully, you will run across one for cheap somewhere if not.

Thanks! Blood Simple was a pretty good movie and I give it a 7.5 out of 10. I have not gotten around to watching After Hours yet. I did watch Miller’s Crossing and enjoyed it and would give that one 8 out of 10.

Blood Simple was the first one I watched out of this haul. It was pretty good I ranked it 4 out 5 on my Letterboxd account. Maybe I will watch The Others next.

Thanks for going through all of those. My best advice for people looking for OOP titles in the wild, is to hit up your thrift stores/Goodwill and other places like, pawn shops, and Half Price Books.

Most definitely before you pay those high prices. I was lucky to purchase all these titles when they were first released or before they went OOP. I did notice at least one title is still available from Kino Lorber on their sale going on right now. The Great Train Robbery was $9.99 on the Kino Lorber sale.
